If you decide you would like to instruct us to rent out your property, there are two key landlord services for you to select from:

  • Let Only – Tenant find only service, should you wish to manage the property thereafter.
  • Fully Managed Property Service – This is where we fully manage your property from finding a tenant, pre checks undertaken, setting up of the tenancy agreement, moving in/out inventories and the handling of keys. We manage property maintenance issues, instruct contractors on your behalf, undertake regular inspections of your property and deal with tenant exiting.  Deposits held independently through the DPS scheme.

Landlord Services

Our Fully Managed Landlord Service ensures you are free to get on with daily life, safe in the knowledge that we are on top of current legislation and running your buy to let portfolio professionally on your behalf.   We maintain rent collection and will forward payments onto you by bacs (less our fee) in a timely manner as per set out within our terms of agreement. 

The Landlord Fully Management Property option, with our competitive Landlord fee structure, is the preferred choice of our Landlords in Spalding, Boston, Holbeach and Bourne.
